Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and hbaj ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the hbaj website at hbaj.bar and all associated services, games and content. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Account Registration and Security

To access betting markets, casino games and financial services on hbaj you must register a personal account. The following terms apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

1. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on hbaj. Opening or operating more than one account — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods or any other identifying information — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. hbaj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures.
4. KYC verification: hbaj reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including during account opening, prior to processing withdrawals or as part of ongoing account monitoring. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
5. Account closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting hbaj customer support. hbaj reserves the right to close or suspend any account in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on hbaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbaj does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or mobile wallet withdrawals. Third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad and Rocket may apply their own transaction limits, which are outside hbaj's control.

Bonuses and Promotions

hbaj may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is issued:

1. Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the bonus offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
2. One bonus per offer: Unless otherwise stated, each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
3. Eligible games: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Playing an ineligible game while a bonus is active may void the bonus. Refer to the individual offer terms to confirm eligible games.
4. Maximum bonus conversion: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum winnings convertible from bonus funds to real money is limited to ten times (10x) the original bonus amount. Winnings above this cap will be removed when the wagering requirement is completed.
5. Promotional validity: All bonuses and free spins have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and free spins will automatically expire at the end of the validity period specified in the offer. hbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hbaj and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Fraud and money laundering: Using hbaj for any fraudulent purpose, including use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, or to launder the proceeds of any illegal activity. Such conduct will be reported to relevant authorities without notice.
2. Bonus abuse: Any attempt to systematically exploit bonus terms, including placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other form of advantage play directed at bonus structures.
3. Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or participating in or facilitating the fixing of any sporting event on which bets are offered through hbaj.
4. Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any other automated software to place bets, interact with games or exploit any platform feature in a way not intended for human players.
5. Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to hbaj by any person under the age of 21, including sharing login credentials, account balances or payment methods with minors.

hbaj employs fraud detection and prevention systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to temporary holds pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, hbaj will take all necessary steps including account closure, balance forfeiture and engagement with law enforcement agencies as appropriate.

Responsible Gaming

hbaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all registered players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and we actively work to prevent gambling-related harm. Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other basis, even if hbaj has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

hbaj makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round in progress, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned to players.

Amendments to These Terms

hbaj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hbaj will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the contact details held on the player's account. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hbaj is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint regarding your account, a transaction or any service on the platform, you should contact hbaj customer support in the first instance using the email address provided in the footer of this site. hbaj aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days.
